Use of Service
Customers are responsible for lawful lead collection, user access, integration configuration, and the accuracy of information sent into InstaChime.
Accounts and Security
Organizations must keep credentials secure, assign appropriate roles, and promptly remove users who no longer need access.
Customer Data
Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit, including obtaining required permissions from prospects, honoring opt-outs, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in lead payloads.
Customers grant InstaChime the limited right to process customer data only as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the service, and to deliver customer-configured integrations.
Integrations
Customer-configured destinations such as chat tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, automation platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and webhooks are controlled by the customer. Customers are responsible for destination permissions, third-party terms, and message compliance.
Messaging Compliance
Customers are responsible for consent, sender registration, approved templates, opt-out handling, quiet hours, do-not-call restrictions, and any other rules that apply to SMS, WhatsApp, voice, email, or chat notifications they configure.
Plans, Billing, and Limits
Plan limits, pricing, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the active order, checkout, billing provider terms, or written agreement. InstaChime may enforce plan limits for leads, users, and product capabilities.
Acceptable Use
The service may not be used to send spam, process unlawful data, interfere with the service, or violate third-party platform terms.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or limited if use creates security risk, violates these terms, exceeds plan limits, disrupts the service, violates law, or creates risk to third-party platforms or recipients.
Availability
InstaChime is built for reliable operations, but planned maintenance and incidents may occur. Customer-specific service levels should be stated in the signed agreement.
Beta and Third-Party Features
Experimental, beta, or customer-configured third-party workflows may change or fail based on provider behavior outside InstaChime control. Customers should test each integration before relying on it for production lead response.
Disclaimers and Liability
Except where a written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. Liability limits, indemnities, dispute terms, and governing law should be stated in the active order form or written agreement.
Termination and Export
Upon termination, organization owners should export data they need before access ends. Deletion, backup lifecycle, and retention requirements are handled according to the active agreement and applicable law.
Changes
Product features, documentation, and policies may be updated as the service evolves. Material commercial terms should be handled through the active order form or service agreement.
